- I agree to assume full responsibility for my actions, including but not limited to, injuries or damages resulting to others and myself
- I agree to assume responsibility for any damage to property to myself or others if caused by me
- I agree to assume responsibility for damage caused to any NextLevel MC property resulting from my negligence
- I agree not to hold NextLevel MC responsible for any damage or injury caused by me or to me whether I am riding with or without NextLevel MC or if I am riding with or without my NextLevel MC logo visible
- I agree not to break the law while representing NextLevel MC
- I agree not to display negligent behavior while representing Next Level MC
- I agree to three rides monitored by a NextLevel MC riding coordinator
- I agree not to commit any crimes while representing NextLevel MC
- I agree to show up to all meetings, events, and functions with my NextLevel MC vest or jacket etc. displaying the NextLevel MC logo
- I will conduct myself appropriately at motorcycle club functions when representing NextLevel MC
- Abuse of alcohol and or drugs while representing NextLevel MC is prohibited
- I will not bring harm to any person while representing NextLevel MC
- I will not discredit any member of NextLevel MC
- I will respect all members of NextLevel MC as though they were members of my family
- I understand that there will be no fighting or arguing with any member of any motorcycle club at any event or function while representing NextLevel MC
- I understand that I am not allowed to resist or evade the police for any reason while representing NextLevel MC
- I understand that if I do not respect and adhere to each of the above Rules and Terms that I may be dismissed from NextLevel MC. If I am dismissed from the motorcycle club I will have to surrender all NextLevel MC logos in my possession, whether they have been adhered to my clothing or not, I also understand that dues and fees are nonrefundable
- By signing and or submitting my membership application, I affirm that I am adult, presently of sound mind, and that I agree to and understand all of the above mentioned items, I promise to abide by them and accept responsibility for myself and anyone who attends a function with me.
