Originally, Next Level was formed as an all male riding group. Fourteen men from two separate groups merged in  early 2002.  Soon after formation, Brian Gourdine was elected president and bylaws were created for the group by the end of that same year.  In 2004, women were added to the ranks and remain an integral part of the current Next Level Family.
